Sewage treatment plants

LK-type Sewage treatment plants are intended for biological treatment and disinfection of fecal sludge (blackwater) and sanitary sewage (greywater) on ships with unrestricted voyage. The device can be made of black powder coated steel or stainless steel and is equipped with pumps, air compressors, the necessary fittings and a switchgear to control the entire wastewater treatment process. The device operates automatically.

The device can be segmented, which facilitates assembly without the need to cut the ship's side or other segments.

Water and oil heaters

We offer electric, steam and electric-steam heaters and boilers for sanitary water and fuel oil. We make heaters according to the individual needs of the customer with the receipts of classification societies.

POE electric fuel oil heaters can be used to heat fuel oil. The heaters are installed between the pump feeding oil to the centrifuge and the lube oil centrifuge. They can be installed on ships with unrestricted voyage and onshore.

PE-200-500 electric water heaters are used to heat freshwater for sanitary purposes. They can be installed on ships with unrestricted voyage and onshore. PE-200 and PE-300 heaters can be mounted (A), while the PE-500 heaters are also available in a standing version (B).

PPE electric-steam boilers: heater blocks are designed for heating water intended for sanitary purposes (freshwater and drinking water) and for its distribution throughout the water installation. The device can be mounted on vessels with unrestricted voyage, working reliably regardless of the environmental conditions.

The PP - 200/5 freshwater steam boiler is used in freshwater circuits for sanitary purposes and can be installed on sea ships with unrestricted voyage.

Water, oil and fuel filters

Filters designed for work in oil/fuel installations mounted on the suction or discharge side of pumps. The devices meet the requirements of SULZER, HCP Cegielski, ZGODA, B&W and MAN engine manufacturers. Filters designed for work in land installations and ships with unrestricted voyage.

Oil separators for oily waters

OB and NEPTUN oil separators are designed for separating oil-water mixtures with any oil concentration in the water on the intake of the oil separator. By oil, we mean all types of liquid petroleum products and fats with a density of less than 1g/cm3 at a temperature of 15 degree Celsius. Oil separators can be installed on ships and in land installations. The device is adapted to work automatically and is equipped with an oil meter.
